- Strange is an item quality available for weapons, cosmetics, and taunts. Strange weapons track kills and record them as an item attribute, allowing the count to be viewable by other players and the owner. (For example, you get a kill with a Strange weapon, and the "kill counter" will add your kill). That's it.
And the participation is also the same as the Hat Giveaway event, so you don't need to send a registration; you just want to join the event, right?
